Supervisor, Warehouse/Services Supply Chain

- Ensure daily, weekly and monthly tasks are completed per schedule
- Ensure directed reports are appropriately trained to complete assigned tasks and complete formal written and verbal performance reviews as scheduled
- Monitor daily work operations and provides direction to predominantly nonexempt and entry level staff to achieve unit or departmental goals
- Interact with internal and external customers, by meeting regularly, responding to requests and explaining procedures
- Develop work schedules for department by assessing priorities, workload and available resources
- Maintain personnel records (e.g., work schedules, vacation schedules, leaves) and makes or directs modifications in the database to reflect actual change
- Develops and/or identifies new work processes and the improved utilization of human and material resources within the assigned area or related departments; facilitates others participation in the continuous improvement program; investigates and solves basic problems that impact work processes and personnel within a unit or department
- Bachelor degree preferred with 2+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- May be required to attain Controlled Drug Agent status gained by passing the security screening process and training processes depending on department
- Must be able to read and understand procedures written in English
