- Responsible for providing specific verbal performance feedback to training participants resulting in them being aware of strengths and weaknesses including a plan for improved performance and to provide guest trainers one-to-one coaching including performance feedback and to provide them a meaningful role in the class
- Demonstrates the ability to effectively address coaching challenges for in class participants – behavioral, over-achievers, low performers – so that the entire class is able to benefit, progress and learn.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 3 years of field sales experience
- District Sales Training or guest trainer during Initial Sales Training preferred
