Werkstudent (all genders) im Bereich Procure to Pay - Contractmanagement

- Erstellung und Management von Complianceverträgen in MAP (Vertragsdatenbank), sowie deren Abrechnung
- Einhaltung der Compliance-Anforderungen
- Vorkontierung von Rechnungen, Überprüfen auf Richtigkeit, Vollständigkeit. Nachverfolgen und Eingabe in der Vertragsdatenbank / SAP,
- Monatliche Messung der KPI Performance und entsprechender Analyse von Arbeitsabläufen mit dem Ziel, sie zu optimieren und Lösungsmöglichkeiten zu erarbeiten
- Umsetzung relevanter Policies, sowie der gesetzlichen Vorgaben
Anforderungen:
- Aktuelles Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsrecht, Jura, Unternehmensjura, BWL mit Schwerpunkt Recht oder Ähnlichem
- Prozessorientiertes und abteilungsübergreifendes Denken und Handeln von Anfang bis Ende eines Prozesses
- Verständnis der gesetzlichen Regelungen und Bestimmungen
- Strikte Umsetzung aller relevanten Richtlinien und der Prozessbeschreibungen
- Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Durchsetzungs-vermögen
- Zuverlässiges, systematisches und detailgenaues Arbeiten
