Team: Customer Service & Finance 

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support in processing customer inquiries regarding products, complaints, orders, logistics, prices and account balances
• Management of orders
• Verification of customer master data
• Support harmonization of business processes
• Assist in month end closing and reporting
• Support, facilitate and coordinate diverse projects

YOUR PROFILE

• Preferably business studies (Bachelor from 3rd semester, Master)
• High service and customer focused mindset
• Experience in Customer Service or comparable positions in an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (written/verbal English & German)
• Process-oriented and cross-functional mindset and behavior (thinking in full process)
• Very good work organization and telephone behavior
• High attention to detail, high resilience, and reliability
• Good IT skills especially in SAP and Excel (PPT and Word is an advantage)
• Highly motivated and self-driven with excellent analytical skills
• Hands-on mentality, creativity and open attitude towards new challenges
• Team player with sense of humor
