MDM - Business Data Analyst

  • Work with CEX and BRM to develop understanding of the business needs supported by the MDM system.
  • Work closely with the MDM Architect and MDM Support team to provide scalable MDM solutions Understands the role of the system in the big picture and provides ideas and recommendations regarding the evolution of the MDM system.
  • Work closely with technical architects (MDM, CRM, Integration, etc.) to develop technology strategies that meet the requirements of the business. Help identify the business benefits of alternative strategies.
  • Develop detailed business user requirements, system documentation, and test documentation. Assist with the implementation of projects to ensure successful completion within the project timeline.
  • Independently conceive and develop general approaches to the solution of systems problems which require application of basic technical principles. 
  • Manage relationships between internal global clients and affiliates involved community on behalf of customers, coordinates system solutions.
  • Review and route requested system changes and develops detailed specifications for implementation. Communicates system changes and issues to next level of management.
  • Independently conceive and develop general approaches to the solution of systems problems which require application of basic technical principles.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure strong cross-group collaboration.
  • Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.


  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years’ experience or Master's degree in Information Systems or related field is required.
  • Experience in the systems development, implementation, and operations of a large-scale, enterprise systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to effectively lead and facilitate meetings with customers and technical team members.
  • Must be deliverables focused and detail oriented.
  • Must exhibit exceptional teamwork skills.
  • Must have a strong customer focus.


Significant Work Activities: Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)
Travel: Yes, 15 % of the Time
