ミッション/Mission:
担当治療域のMedical Planの作成と実行により、エビデンスの構築および科学的情報の提供を行い、患者のベネフィットの最大化に寄与する。
結果責任/Responsibility:
- 全てのMedical Activityに対する業界・社内規則の遵守と徹底
- AbbVie薬剤の科学的価値を最大化するようなMedical Planの作成、進捗・予算管理
- 開発本部、コマーシャル部門等の関係部署と連携し、相互の計画の十分なアライメントの遂行
- JAPAC, Global本社と協働し、Medical Planの作成ならびにActivityのスムーズな実行
- コンプライアンス部門および関係部署と協業し、社内外のルール・規制の遵守徹底
- メディカルの活動におけるkey performance indexをモニタリング
- TA Group内の会議体管理・運営とPlatform, 仕組みづくりおよび最適化
