Sales Training Manager

Identify, develop, review and conduct training programs for sales force to enhance Allergan TWHK employees’ capability and competency.
The facilitation of sales training program including selling skills, coaching skills, key account management etc in the classroom, online training as well as on the job training in the field to coach the field force including the Sales Manager. This will form a significant part of this role, as will development and facilitation of sales training workshops at national conferences and sales team meetings. Thus, this role will include regular field trips to enhance sales skills, accelerate learning transfer, and to identify individual training needs of the field force in TWHK.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS (MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS):

Education and Experience

Successful completion of relevant tertiary studies, preferably in Science or Business

Demonstrated understanding of the Healthcare Industry in TWHK
-
Previous experience developing and delivering training to sales teams
-
Sales experience in Hospitals and Clinics is desirable
Essential Skills, Experience, and Competencies (includes Licenses, Credentials)

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

Excellent group presentation skills; confidence presenting to both large and small groups

Demonstrated ability/experience in coaching and developing knowledge in others

Superior questioning and listening skills for accurate program brief taking

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop rapport quickly

Ability to interact with senior leaders in organization

Professional written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure within strict deadlines

Demonstrable computer literacy with Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and digital platforms
**PR experience is a plus
