6-month contract with the possibility of extending.

The Junior Digital Producer role within AbbVie is an exciting opportunity that is perfect for an ambitious, proactive go-getter who is looking to gain experience in the digital landscape.

The role will see you working in the Customer Excellence team supporting digital initiatives, web page builds via our Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Content Management system (CMS), helping with Salesforce emails and automation Campaigns (SFMC) plus other tasks to help with AbbVie’s digital transformation journey.

We’re looking for someone who can work autonomously as well as part of the wider cross-functional team, can think for themselves and can work well with others as stakeholder management is part of the role.

As this is a junior role you are expected to have some exposure to the skillset listed below, studied or have some connection to the digital space, however, we understand you may not have experience in all the following and training will be provided.


Major Responsibilities:


  • Update content on our website via the CMS
  • Help with SFMC campaign builds
  • Produce analytic reports
  • Manage content releases
  • Ensure all stakeholders are updated on the progress and outcomes of campaigns

Experience/Skills Required:

  • Practical experience with HTML and CSS coding
  • Hands on experience publishing content via a CMS (AEM preferable but not essential)
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a broader team
  • Attention to detail and pro-active in fixing things that are not right
  • A passion for innovative digital solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform
  • Web analytics and site reporting skills
  • Photoshop experience
  • Exposure to Brightcove video hosting platform
