Main Responsibilities |

System Operation and Maintenance: Work with BP and BTS to operate and maintain AbbVie’s systems to support business. Include but not limited CRM, MDM, DWH, BI platform, Sales flow etc. |

Data Enabling: Consolidate all SFE related data, build up a SFE internal data pool for business purpose, keep optimizing data model to provide feasibility of deep dive and insight analysis. Manage master data management process (HCO, HCP) and improve the sales quality continually. |

Reporting: Based on the SFE data pool to provide reqular report to business for tracking and reporting timly with high quality. |

System Adoption Improvement: Collect and analysis the user requirement as a bridge between business and BTS. Drive the change management to improve the user utilization of Applications. |
- Industry experiences:
- Min. 5+ years experience and knowledge of sales force effectiveness systems, programs and processes
- Pharma industry experience would be preferred
- Position experiences:
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare environment
- Ability to effectively communicate technical and qualitative information to non-technical people through interpersonal, and written channels.
- Shows integrity, tenacity, resilience and adaptability in complex situations and an often changing and challenging environment.
- Strong skills of cross-functional communication
- Strong business sensitivity and with adequate IT application knowledge.
- Strong skills of data management and reporting
- Language Skills:
- Proficient in verbal and wirtten communication,
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
