Multi-Channel Customer Engagement Associate

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Deploy multi-channel marketing strategy in order to lead the excellent customer experiences and build MCM system working closely in the integrated brand teams, IT, Compliance, Communications and external 3rd party vendors etc
  • Articulate and execute a platform operations strategy that achieves the most efficient, impactful and cost –effective way of managing all platforms to deliver on the needs of the brand teams
  • Work on leading data analytics solution along with AbbVie Multi-Channel Strategy and the priority measurable outcomes required to embed Multi-Channel as a capability and digital as an enabler within brand teams
  • Analyze data to determine what content is currently available for use and/or assess what content will need to be created that aligns with our business strategy. This includes performance trends and propose corrective measures as appropriate.
  • Partner with affiliate’s commercial sales organization to identify opportunity areas and analyze and optimize multi-channel marketing programs and provide insights and key learnings to brand teams.
  • Analyze data (dashboards, campaign results, conversion rates, channel performance, etc.) to help shape future MCM strategies. Deliver both data and insights to understand what is working to consistently be improving performance.
  • Use marketing and sales analytical data to drive insights/key learnings and optimize digital marketing performance in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • 2+ minimum hands-on digital marketing experience or IT programs
  • Experience cross-functional teams from both sales and marketing including goal setting, managing team activities, and managing performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to take a lot of data and drive insights into the data.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced marketing environment with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and stay within budget.
  • Creative thinker who can generate innovative ideas and solutions and partner effectively with marketing and other creative teams.
  • Good operational and process orientation. Strong project management and organizational abilities
  • Able to act in a highly autonomous capacity and work on the most complex problems with corporate visibility.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, experience in dealing with multiple and diverse internal stakeholders, and interacting with business and technology partners. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, across all organizational levels
  • Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Highly proficient in English
