CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support assigned commercial brand team in the preparation of submission of Plan, Update, Entity and Long Range Plan (LRP) packages. Ensure accurate preparation of all requested documents
• Co-lead monthly close process with accounting team and supporting financial analysis and reporting between actual vs benchmark
• Generate monthly business review package, present to leadership team and managing HQ finance expectations
• Gather sales forecasts from sales / marketing teams and be able to challenge & gather insights
• Manage all expenses (budget/actual) and re-allocate resource within limited budget.
• Detailed hands-on analysis and development of financial models and templates to provide insights for smart decision making and effective cross-functional communication
• Provide financial support to Business Unit Managers, Directors, General Manager.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• University graduate with B.A. or B.S. degree (Accounting / Finance preferred)
• MBA or CPA preferred
• Minimum 7 years in a financial planning role in multinational company (Pharmaceutical / Medical device experience is a plus) with a successful career progression
• Demonstrate analytical work with solid accounting knowledge
• Proficient in commanding MS application package & SAP and generating business materials to communicate in an effective manner
• Able to deliver complicated assignment in a simplified and strategic manner
• Excellent communication skills in English
