CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support monthly and yearly closing
• Closely work with Accounts Payable team to confirm payment status and deal with various ad-hoc queries (payment error etc.)
• Quarterly VAT filling including reconciliation input/output VAT
• Oversee T&E process and generate reports / analysis
• Support monthly cash forecast and reporting
• Transparency report
• Corporate credit card administration
• Cash reconciliation
• Initiate banking transactions
• Create PR/PO and submit payment / receipt vouchers
• Review promotional activities spending proposals and ensure documentation is completed per SOP
• Support internal and external audit
• Support integration projects
• Provide ad-hoc data in the timely manner

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• University graduate with B.A. or B.S. degree (Accounting / Finance / Tax)
• 4-6 years in accounting roles of multinational companies (Financial Shared Services experience is a plus) with a successful career progression
• Demonstrate analytical work with solid accounting knowledge
• Proficient in commanding MS application package & SAP and generating business materials to communicate in an effective manner
• Excellent communication skills in English
