The Canadian D&L Coordinator will:

• Support the Logistics team in planning and executing different Canadian, North American or Global projects and meetings.
• Help the team in generating presentations, maintaining different databases and dashboards.
• Generate, analyze and present data from different platforms such as SAP, Vivaldi, etc.
• Serve as a backup for the D&L team covering daily tasks for employees out of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Logistics team in planning and executing different Canadian, North America or Global projects and meetings.
• Help the team in generating presentations, maintaining different databases and dashboards.
• Generate, analyze, and present data from different platforms and tools such as SAP, Vivaldi, etc.
• Serve as a backup for the D&L team covering daily tasks for employees out of the office (inventory reconciliation, distribution complaint monitoring, commercial invoice generation, order planning review).
• Support the Logistics team in planning and maintaining different reports, dashboards and databases.
• Generate, review, maintain, investigate, and present Delivery Reliability Index and Product Health Index data.
• Maintain accuracy of the distribution complaint platform when required.
• Build and maintain the material master using Data Stewardship program (DSP)
• Generate and present monthly distribution complaint summary and coordinate corrective action plans to reduce complaints.
• Analyze, communicate and investigate issues on the Work In Progress report from the warehouse.
• Log, analyze and process logistics related invoices, credit and debit memorandums.
• Generate reports for products intended for destruction and submit for financial approval.
• Archive reports as required.
• Maintain the Logistics and Launch Excellence SharePoint sites.
• Support the Logistics team in coordinating meetings and taking minutes.
• General support on different projects as required.
• Solve complex problems without supervision.
• Coordinate processes and work with other functional areas to ensure efficient managing of D&L tasks.

Education/Experience Required:

• Preferred 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred in Logistics, Operations or Supply Chain.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Preferred knowledge of SAP and Vivaldi.

Essential Skills & Abilities:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Logistics or supply chain
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter and team player with ability to work in a cross cultural/matrix work environment.
• Excellent data analytical skills to gather, manipulate, and report data.
• Detail oriented with a proven ability to manage exceptional workload.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills and effective written and spoken communications is an asset.
