An exciting opportunity has come up in AbbVie's French Affiliate team for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, supporting the business across all commercial functions. 

The selected candidate will:

  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Human Ressources Business Partners, providing important guidance on all staffing related activites and topics
  • Manage open job requisitions across the recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, shortlisting, calibrating and offer preperation
  • Update and manage the Applicant Tracking System (Taleo), schedule interviews and assessements
  • Keep in mind and achieve recruitement metric targets, as well as repot key accomplishments
  • Compile and communicate information on industry and market trends to team members and business leaders
  • Support the Commercial Affiliate in building and managing diverse talent pools aligned to business priorities
  • Ensure the timely and accurate execution of pre-onboarding tasks
  • Ensure compliance to and education on national employment laws and AbbVie policies and practices
  • Build and execute EVP campaigns related to staffing actitives 
  • Support continuous education on recruitment related topics such as interview skills trainig, social media savviness, etc. 

This role reports to the Talent Acquisition Manger, France. 


Are you the right candidate for this opportunity? You may be if you:

  • Have at least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (human ressources, psychology, economics, law)
  • 3+ years recruitment experience in a competitive, fast-paced environment (healthcare/pharmaceutical industry experience prefferred)
  • Have a first experience with proactive recruiting and sourcing 
  • Project a strong business presence and have the ability to instill confidence in clients and to deliver results
  • Understand how to balance short and long term business needs, and can adapt quickly when necessary 
  • Enjoy working in a close team environment
  • Undertand and speak basic English (French proficiency is required) 
  • Have experience manging requisition within Taleo ATS (strongly preferred)
