Analytics project manager

Main Mission


Reporting to the CRM, Data & Analytics Manager, you will be in charge of managing High Value Analytics projects for Abbvie France. You will ensure the identification of needs, the drafting of specifications, coordination, testing phases, user training to support all initiatives to improve the tools and their uses.




Main Activities


Organize and ensure the proper adequacy of analytical tools  to the needs of the subsidiary:


  • Analytics project management  (Palantir, Qliksens, PowerBI):


    • Provide advice and expertise upstream of projects, in order to understand and capitalize on the issues of specific issues
    • Contributes to the development of new "use cases" and indicators related to business and technical requirements
    • Identification of needs: Identification of business needs and translation into technical characteristics (specifications) to be implemented
    • Manage and measure progress (dashboards, risk monitoring, etc.)
    • Realization of recipe phase
    • Ensure a good customer relationship
    • Trains and supports internal employees on the various BI tools and dashboards
    • Evangelize and animate teams around data and business intelligence.


Ensure the proper use of  Analytics tools / processes


  • Co-create support materials, processes, user guides, ensuring their completeness, accuracy, user-friendliness, ease of accessibility, and ensure their regular updating
  • Track user ownership
  • Provide support to users (answering questions / implementing evolutions / implementing corrective actions, etc.)



Industrial Relations

Internal: Works closely with the SFE/BI, BTS,  Marketing, Sales, Medical, Regulatory Affairs, Transparency, DMOS, Global teams.

  • Ability to understand both business issues and data.


External: external service providers



Associated Knowledge and Minimum Experience Required

Minimum Level of Initial Training Required


Formation & Experience:


Bac + 3/4, Information Systems, Science and Technology

Experience of at least 5 years on an SFE/ BI&Analytics scope.


Knowledge of the health sector or medical diagnosis


Training: IAE, neoma business school, Petites Mines, Centrale, Supelec, EM Lyon, Supinfo, Epita, Epitech,


Qualifications :


Strong customer orientation, proactivity and constructive critical thinking, autonome, willingness to work in transversal teams, sens of pedagogy, resourceful and pragmatic, sense of communication and listening.

Daily working languages: English and French
