Under the Brand & In-Field Excellence, and Patient Care Innovation Manager, the Patient Experience and Innovation Junior Coordinator will :

• • Be the expert of PSP in the French Affiliate and in the therapeutic area concerned.
  • Accompany the brand teams in their brand plan especially in Anchor 0

  • Ensure the development and implementation of programs designed to ensure optimal adherence in the therapeutic area concerned.
  • Monitor “training programs” and provide the follow up with Brand Teams and In Field teams

• Patients Insights – Anchor 0 within Brand Excellence coached by the Brand & In-Field Excellence, and Patient Care Innovation Manager
  • Support the brands by searching for patient insights (internet, forum, publication, etc.) for the construction of the anchor 0
  • Present to brand teams with patients insights
