Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager

Stakeholders:

Internal: Commercial Dept, Customer Excellence, Market Access, BUM, Medical, IT, HR, Public Affairs, AFS, BPO, COE’s, AREA WE&C

External: External Audit

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible of PLAN coordination and consolidation and their updates (UPD/LBE), Long Range Plan (LRP), and assure alignment of financial figures with overall company strategy and goals.
  • Drives the monthly SOP process and lead the senior management review meeting
  • Support Controller/FD in the month-end process management
  • Understand and explain properly variances vs benchmark
  • Deliver accurate, accountable and timely reporting to management and HDQ
  • Assure Ad-hoc projects (Spend management initiative, best practices projects…)
  • Follow and support all other company functions different from Commercial unit in preparing and monitoring their budgets and monthly reporting/analysis.
  • Support Controller in internal and external audit preparation
  • Manage the FP&A Team, in line with AbbVie values and Talent Philosophy.

 


  • Economic/Accounting degree
  • People Management experience
  • Communication, project management, presentation skills and ability to work in a matrix organization environment
  • Planning experience, sales and P&L (min 3 years)
  • Preferred Controlling and accounting experience/background
  • Microsoft Office expertise
  • Very good English knowledge
