As a Latin America Market Access Early Career Program member, you will participate in a new, full-time rotational program supporting our Latin America affiliates. This program helps develop high potential talent for future Market Access positions. By rotating through a variety of Market Access key roles across AbbVie over two years and three rotations, the program addresses the business needs of today while helping to grow tomorrow.

The Early Career talent will count on a close coach from a designated Manager and also a Mentor that will follow up during the whole Program.

Upon completion of the program, you will be placed in a full-time position based on interest and business need.

Qualifications

Applicants must be graduated between 2016 and 2019

Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)

Eligible to work in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico or Puerto Rico without requiring sponsorship

Geographic mobility, interested in a career in Latin America

Strong academic performance

Demonstrated oral and written communication skills

Strong analytical skills   

Demonstrated leadership potential

Strong track record of accomplishments

Prior work experience in business or sales
