Senior Analyst, Order to Cash Business Processes

Primary Job Function:

The primary focus of this position is to provide support to the Order to Cash (OTC) Allergan Integration team and OTC Global Process Lead team in the sub process areas of Order Management, Customer Service, Contract Management, Pricing (including commission, rebates and discounts), return processes and serialized device handling. The integration business process analyst will support the Integration lead in analyzing and document future state and assist in developing integration and deployment plans process by process. The Integration business process analyst will drive the development and documentation of any new business process that are needed to compliment current operating model to allow for a smooth integration of Allergan. The Integration senior analyst will collaborate with key business partners like BTS, Supply Chain ,FSS RTR, US AR management and BPO.

Core Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Support the documentation processes for the integration plans for both Pharma and Aesthetics
  • Support updates and re-writes of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) documentation and Business Process Procedures (BPP), as well as add to and maintain OTC Quick Reference Guides on as needed basis
  • Participate in process improvement design and validation
  • Provide guidance to the training organization for the OTC process area for training course updates and maintaining document reference matrices
  • Develop bridging scenarios for facilitate integration and present to Integration lead and GPL.
  • Participate in process design and validation for the Allergan integration project
  • Participate in Security role design and role assignment as needed
  • Provide guidance to the training organization for the OTC process area for training course updates and maintaining document reference matrices
  • Provide support, education, and training for integrated OTC positions at Affiliates, BPO, and Shared Service organizations
  • Post -Go Live, Analyze the OTC end-to-end performance metrics, and maintain / improve the underlying QlickView interface

Education Requirements:

BA/BS in Business Admin, Finance, or Accounting or

BA/BS with 3-5 yrs in Finance/Accounting/Business experience

Basic Qualifications:

1-3 years of progressive Customer Service/Order Management Experience

  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving, planning skills and ability to work independently

  • Strong Excel, VISIO and PowerPoint skills and technical and content strategy skills
  • The ability to manage and coordinate multiple activities and shifting priorities under tight timeframes
  • A highly motivated self-starter who can translate broad directions into high quality analytical output. Open to new ideas, creative and utilizes value-added principles in approach
  • Support operation readiness with resp affiliate in Abbvie and Allergan as well as the transition of Allergan OTC operation into AbbVie’s operating model OUS.
  • Collaborate with BTS for SAP deployment
  • Elevate risks & issues to OTC GPL and FSS Workstream Lead as soon as they surface
  • A highly motivated self-starter who can translate broad directions into high quality analytical output
  • Identify, size, and prioritize opportunities for potential synergies
  • Ensure milestones and deliverables are completed on time
  • Identify critical Allergan business processed to be incorporated in AbbVie’s operating models for both Allergan Pharma and Allergan Medial Aesthetic

Preferred Qualifications:

Prefer previous SAP or SAP OTC training experience

Previous Customer Service, Finance, business support and/or SOX compliance experience is a plus

Experience of working in project teams is a plus

Significant Work Activities: Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)
Travel: Yes, 5 % of the Time
