• • Adhere to Abbvie’s code of conduct
  • Maintains the function of department assets to ensure reliable equipment and quality standards are met.
• • Works closely with Department Reliability Engineering regarding; Maintenance Program development, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis. May facilitate various workshops.
• • Considered an SME (subject matter expert) in advanced skilled trade disciplines
  • Contributes to developing and delivering technical training modules, OJT's, etc.
  • Assist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organization
• • Supports continuous improvement projects and safety initiatives within the maintenance organization and/or the site
• • Understands and follows all safety and GMP regulations
  • Assist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organization

Qualifications

List required and preferred qualifications (up to 10). Include education, skills and experience.

• 
  • HS diploma with 10+ yrs. experience or College degree, college certificate, or formal apprenticeship and 5+ years of work experience related to skilled trades or other relevant technical degree
• • CMRT (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician) or equivalent accreditation desired.
• • Proficient user of Abbvie’s CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) and intermediate skills with MS Windows.
• • Knowledge and ability to use advanced tools (i.e., machine tools, diagnostic tools, predictive tools)
• • In some Abbvie Maintenance organizations, electrical skills and knowledge is require
