  • Ensure our design system meets accessibility compliance guidelines and standards.

  • Create a culture of shipping regular, consistent, and incremental updates to the design system across design and development.

  • We possess the ideation and design skills needed to define the best paths forward prior to further development and investment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, equivalent certification, or a related field of study.

  • 8+ years’ experience as a UX designer for web, mobile and software applications.

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience contributing to design systems, including: roadmap planning, guiding contributions, managing system releases, maintaining documentation and design assets, and building widespread adoption.

  • Highly proficient with Sketch, Figma and InVision, including file organization, and preparation of pixel-perfect files for design team use.

  • A clear understanding of user-centered design methods, usability heuristics, information architecture basics and interaction design principles.

  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.

  • Demonstrates strong listening, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Collaborates effectively to get things done, building, and nurturing strong relationships.
