Virtual Product Specialist - SPARK - Allergan Aesthetics (Office or Homebased)

  • This is a virtual/homebased position, but we will consider anyone who wishes to be office based.

Highlighted responsibilities:

Drive SPARK new business

  • Prospect existing Spark data to identify opportunities, gather all key business information and contact details.
  • Generating new business by engaging with new/existing leads daily to convert into engaged customers and direct to appropriate resources
  • Support on new business activities such as conference presence and training partnerships

 

Sales 

  • Ensure achievement of sales targets for Allergan products
  • To execute efficient virtual territory coverage and management for maximum impact
  • Effectively use sales data to plan customer calls
  • Maintain focus of quarterly and yearly target planning call’s accordingly, ensuring the call rate/productivity metrics are achieved
  • To utilise selling skills, relationship building, planning & organising, and technical knowledge in achieving target

 

Executes Tactical Sales & Promotional Plan

  • Ensure that the Allergan e-Detail Aids are used in each customer and account
  • Maintain remote contact and relationships with all existing targeted customers, provide product support & education on the appropriate use of products and advice on “best practice” in patient management
  • Sell the benefits of the Medical Aesthetics portfolio within the area worked and drive the sales growth of these products
  • Prepare quotes, prices and terms through the effective use of the commercial policy.
  • Participate in team meetings sharing knowledge, information and ideas with members of the Facial and Medical Team
  • Supports colleagues across the team to ensure overall delivery of Facial Strategy.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience

  • Degree or equivalent professional experience 
  • Commercial/negotiation experience
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets (preferably within a commercial healthcare / aesthetics industry)
  • Experience of non-face to face selling through different customer channels (Preferable)
  • ABPI qualified (if not qualified, exam must be passed within first 2 years of joining industry)
  • Planning and organisation – developing and implementing operational plans
  • Creative & innovative thinking – developing and continually improving working methods
  • Cross functional working and networking within and outside the organisation
  • Presentations skills – product detailing groups of 20
  • Project management – development and management of tailored AMI events
