Job Overview

As the Finance Business Partner to International Strategic Marketing, you will be responsible for supporting the financial control of the international office, whilst proactively co-developing initiatives with the commercial teams.  The success of the Finance Business Partner requires a commercial mindset, to be able to work in collaboration across the organisation to deliver optimised financial plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting International office as business partner and financial management
• Become a trusted business partner to the strategic marketing Brand AVPs
• Analysing sales trends, providing insights and support to commercial leaders
• Development of the annual plan and ownership of forecasts for responsible brands
• Support the commercial teams in the development of tactics, new product launches, and strategic initiatives
• P&L brand management, including overview of expenses
• Review and presentation of periodic reports to the marketing teams including monthly executive summaries, sales reports, and plan books.
• Post activity analysis and evaluation
• Ad-hoc projects required by the Brand AVP                                       
• Ad-hoc projects and analysis for International Finance Brand Lead and International Finance team
• Ad-hoc projects required by International Finance team

• Degree, or equivalent industry experience
• Qualified accountant. ACA or CIMA
• PQE experience preferable
• Experience of working at with senior stakeholders
• Experience of being a finance business partner to commercial functions in a listed (ideally consumer), high growth and complex business
