Associate Director, Digital Product Lead – Marlow Based

Responsible for leading the product strategy and roll-out of digital business support solutions and the launch of the Virtual Business Coach. Developing, cascading initiatives across international markets under leadership of the Director of Business Consulting services.

Define the product strategy of the new customer-facing digital solution.

  • Define the product vision and strategy for the digital learning solution, and deliver an outstanding omni-channel customer experience
  • Design and lead a multi­-year roadmap, balancing short­-term versus long-term goals and investments to scale globally.
  • Engage regularly with cross functional business leaders to understand their strategy, business processes, pain points, and priorities to make informed decisions on product strategy while providing transparency into roadmap and status of committed deliverables
  • Communicate and drive strategic vision, approach, methodology and value through concise and thoughtful presentations
  • Manage the budget allocation and requirements to support the roadmap of the digital learning solution.
  • Stay abreast of the trends and knowledge of learning technologies, adult learning, and digital innovation in this space.

Launch the new solution across geographies.

  • Own and execute the short-term roadmap for launch in collaboration with selected countries and support longer term roll-out in additional countries.
  • Create and implement winning user acquisition campaigns by identifying opportunities to promote the digital platform and achieve successful uptake and continuous increase participation and engagement rates.
  • Manage the legal and regulatory approval process for new content or concept development in conjunction with content specialists
  • Upload and update content in the solution.

Evolve the solution based on measurable insights and real-time user feedback.

  • Work with internal and external content specialists to develop engaging digital learning experiences
  • Leverage actionable insights from design research and user data to help formulate next user experience iteration
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on gaining a deep understanding of our client’s customers’ needs, motivations, goals and behaviours
  • Clearly define, optimize, iterate, and evangelize key performance indicators using qualitative and quantitative measures.

Manage and support solution changes and upgrades

  • Coordinate the development of product features that are customer-focused, scalable and that can be orchestrated together or with other solutions.
  • Foster and facilitate a collaborative work environment to enable timely decision-making across a broad network of stakeholders, delivery partners, and operational teams
  • Support Business Technology and Delivery teams in fulfilling changes in requirement to upgrade functionalities
  • Assist in the development and testing of new functionalities
  • Build strong working relationships with affiliates and their service leads

Work closely with Business Technology team and partnering agencies to upload new content, create development roadmap and country deployment roadmap.

Drive effective implementation of the solution through country teams.

  • Mentor, facilitate and work closely with affiliates, internal cross-functional internal teams and third parties to implement a rigorous approach to solution launch, development, and maintenance
  • Provide expert consultancy to identify requirements and propose practicable, cost-effective solutions that equip affiliates to respond to and use technology and/or develop behaviours to improve user adoption of the platform
  • Provide training to affiliates team as and when required.
  • Engage with affiliates to improve data quality and ensure their user segmentation supports the strategy of the learning solution

Qualifications:

Education and Experience

  • A university degree in Humanities, Business, Design, Computer Science or equivalent
  • A comprehensive understanding of digital product management principles throughout the entire product lifecycle.
  • Proven experience working with an e-learning platform with an educational purpose for partners – B2B preferred
  • Strong business stakeholders’ skills with experience delivering digital learning to minimum viable product in-market from original insight.
  • Working understanding of principles of adult learning in the digital space and behaviour changes
  • Working understanding of experience design, service design, product design, user research, business analysis, market definition, software development, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Experience partnering with and influencing designers, strategists, developers, researchers, and business stakeholders.
  • Experience creating B2B digital service roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Salesforce and Service Cloud
  • Experience working with Artificial Intelligence, Data Science and/or Machine Learning models in the digital learning space.
  • Digital marketing experience – B2B
