HR Business Partner

• Based in the offices in Maidenhead reporting into the HR Director, UK.

Main purpose of the job:

HR Business Partner will work as part of the wider Business HR Team in the UK and pro-actively support the business in obtaining its objectives. This role will leader on HR programs and specialist business projects.

Other Accountabilities include:

• Build relationships across the business to ensure that HR are ‘business partners’ and are viewed as ‘adding value’.
• Carry out specific projects as and when required by the HR Director to develop the efficiency of the business to include year-end processes and process improvement projects.
• Provide guidance and advice to Managers on specific issues as they arise to improve communication and consultation with the workforce.
• Implement ‘Best Practice’ policies within the business.
• Responsible for preparation and publication of the Employee Handbook and ensuring policies and procedures are kept up to date in line with legislation.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience

• Previous experience of working in HR generalist role.
• We are looking for someone who can work in a fast-paced matrix environment while always looking to raise the bar.
• Ideally you will be CIPD qualified or have equivalent experience.
