Marketing Manager I/II, HCP Digital Engagement- Psychiatry (Launch Lead)

The HCP Omnichannel/Digital Engagement Lead will report to the HCP Director- Psychiatry.  This role will play a critical part in building the HCP omnichannel engagement plan for an upcoming indication launch for Vraylar® in adjunctive treatment of Major Depressive Disorder launch.



  • Own and develop the HCP Non-personal promotion strategy across all channels

  • Develop and execute digital tactics across multiple channels including website, search, display, CRM for new indication launch

  • Partner with the HCP Promotions Lead to develop a robust media plan to reach key customer segments across most impactful channels.

  • Work collaboratively with in-line HCP brand team to ensure a cohesive approach across indications for Vraylar®

  • Coordinate and manage the work of multiple agencies and external vendors.

  • Gain approval for marketing materials through internal review processes to ensure marketing activities are in compliance with medical, regulatory and legal requirements.

  • Partner with internal cross functional groups (Legal, Regulatory, Medical, Clinical, Sales Training, Market Analytics and Business Insights) to ensure alignment and consistency of HCP strategy and execution

  • Define key performance metrics & assess brand performance

  • Maintain detailed understanding of disease and competitive marketplace

  • Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience required, or 2-3 years of experience with either a creative or media agency
  • Bachelor’s Degree, MBA preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to lead, interact with focus, and drive consensus among internal and external stakeholders from a variety of backgrounds, disciplines, and departments
  • Proven project management skills, tactical development, planning, and execution, and prioritization among competing business needs
  • Ability to define, track, analyze key performance measures and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to efficiently and productively communicate with various stakeholder groups
  • Demonstrated understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and impact on development of marketing materials
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%, attending sales meetings, field visits, conferences, market research, meetings with key stakeholders
