Pharmacometrics applies mathematical modeling to biological, pharmacological, and physiological processes. It quantifies different aspects of drug effects in context of the disease. Models are built on clinical data and offer a basis for model-informed drug development (MIDD), regulatory decision making and the optimal treatment of patients.
The Senior Pharmacometrician will independently perform high-quality pharmacometric analyses essential for internal decision making and successful regulatory submission, while working on different projects across therapeutic areas.

Tasks

• Assist the Pharmacometrics lead in the selection of action plans that best meets drug development business objectives
• Execute Pharmacometrics and statistical analyses and interpret and present the outcome at project team meetings and to leadership
• Work with a team to ensure timely delivery of Pharmacometrics documents with support of a supervisor (e.g. dataset specifications, analysis plans, presentations, and reports, and other documents for regulatory interactions)
• Seek to continually evaluate and implement novel Pharmacometrics methods and approaches

• PhD with 0+ or Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience in a relevant field such as (bio-) statistical modeling and simulation, PK/PD modeling, systems pharmacology
• Proficiency in at least one data manipulation / analysis / modeling language is required (e.g. R / Matlab / NONMEM)
• Very good verbal and written English skills
