Main:
Imparting theoretical and practical knowledge in electrical engineering, electronics and automation technology
Guidance and support of the trainees in their day-to-day work and integration of the trainees into the maintenance company
Conceptual development of new learning tasks and review of knowledge transfer among trainees
Organization of departmental runs and contact person for all stakeholders.
Continuous development of the training concept and processes at M&E
Participation in the recruitment of trainees
Preparation and review of training documents
Active preparation of trainees for the final examinations Part 1 and Part 2
Maintenance and repair work on the process and packaging plants.
Diagnosis and elimination of disorders.

Participation in risk assessments and instructions related to the training of electrical professions in cooperation with the responsible electrician
Assessment, correction, supplementation and completion of existing circuit diagrams, documents and technical documentation
 

 Completed vocational training in an electrotechnical profession Experience as a trainer (m/f/d) is an advantage as well as a completed trainer aptitude test
Interest in participating in the Examination Board of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce 
Professional experience in a manufacturing industrial company, ideally knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging processes
High degree of initiative and commitment as well as high resilience and assertiveness 
Very good communication and team skills, great organizational talent
Enjoyment of developing new topics and shaping the future of young people
 Confident handling of MS Office as well as digital learning formats
