TIBCO Technical Lead is responsible to architect, design, build and maintain complex real time integrations that connect US Commercial Patient Services ECO systems effectively and continuously look for opportunities to enhance the integration tech stack, processes, and tools to transform the ECO system to support growing business demand. This position is a key contributor in delivering high performance and high available integrations to achieve business objectives.
Architect, design, develop and support high performing integrations using TIBCO ESB suite of products.
Work with business teams, architects, product owners and other technical teams to understand the high-level integration needs and break complex/business requirements into smaller understandable integration requirements and explain to developers with integration flows and specifications documents.
Provide high level design, effort and timeline estimate and responsibility for development, testing, documentations, and deployment.
Responsible for reviewing the technical deliverables produced by the onshore and offshore development team and ensuring the deliverables meet AbbVie standards and specifications.
Partner with teams to troubleshoot integration issues and resolve them with innovative solutions.
Responsible for finding opportunities in ECO System integrations to optimize to reduce total cost of ownership and performance.
Responsible for conducting proof of concepts and proof of value assessments with latest tools, services, and technology to generate ideas for optimization.
Responsible for managing different environment configurations (Code, deployment, documentation, and fixes) including production.
4+ years of strong hands-on experience developing API’s and services with TIBCO Designer, Business works 6.x; TIBCO Business Works Container Edition 2.x, Business works 5.x, EMS 8.x, TIBCO Business Events 5.x, and API Gateway.
Hands on experience building TIBCO Integration using Micro Services, SOA architectures and tools including WS-* stack, SOAP/REST API, ADB Adapters, JDBC, SFTP, and XSLT 2.0.
Good understanding of DevOps culture/methodology and experience with CI/CD tools.
Experience in Splunk and CICD tool will be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of Integration design patterns and best practices.
Strong understanding of TIBCO Integration infrastructure (5.x & 6.x) and expertise in troubleshooting integration issues involving on-prem as well as public cloud deployments.
Strong Experience/Knowledge on Data modeling (RDBMS, XSD, JSON), Database/XML interaction & SQL.
Worked in projects executed using Agile scrum methodology.
Must have an ability to work to deadlines.
Significant Work Activities: Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)
