Digital Marketing Data Manager

The US Commercial Business Technology Solutions is looking for a Manager: Digital Marketing Data Strategy, to help lead our growing team of cross-channel digital problem solvers. In this role, you will help craft compelling stories that drive undeniable impact. If you're passionate about deeply understanding the customer, brand, and landscape, and have a proven record of delivering a broad range of digital content and solutions, let's talk. This position coordinates with Media, marketing, analytics, and technology teams to drive the US Commercial solutions through end-to-end delivery and completion.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage deep digital expertise to challenge the status-quo and partner in delivering innovative marketing strategies across channels such as Paid search, programmatic, social, TV etc., all paid and earned media channels.
  • Partner in developing, executing, and monitoring a data-driven digital and multi-channel marketing strategies, including targeting, messaging, content, channel, and measurement
  • Responsible for data deliverables across multiple digital advertising channels including paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, video, etc.
  • Identify performance improvements opportunities based on engagement data and analytics to optimize media engagement and spend
  • Work with Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Product Management, and Marketing Strategy teams to bring the roadmap to life
  • Develop, monitor and/or actively manage the digital marketing strategy across brands and business functions
  • Partner with cross functional teams to develop marketing performance modeling, KPIs, benchmarking, testing and measurement strategy
  • Present KPI reports, insights, and recommendations
Qualifications:
  • In depth understanding of media data and activation partners or platforms such as DSPs, DMP, CDP, Google Ad words, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Bing Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • In depth understanding of people-based retargeting, cookie-based programmatic retargeting and/or other methods of paid media marketing.
  • Quantitative ability and an advanced understanding of digital media analytics, i.e. how to set up media analytics infrastructure to track media KPIs.
  • Understanding of past and current digital marketing and technology trends.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
