•Work in partnership with the site leadership to manage, oversee and support day-to-day execution of the management control system of the plant to ensure and maintain site effectiveness.
•Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting key communications, preparing, and coordinating business deliverables (e.g., PowerPoint presentations), following up on action items from regular staff meetings, and other tasks to help facilitate effective leadership of the organization
•Collects, reports, and manages key metrics on established business processes, e.g. Perfect Index, PITs, Performance Healthchecks.
•Facilitates and arranges for site specific events such as All Employee Meetings, audits, trainings, plant tours, etc.
•Participates as needed in special department projects.
•Drive continuous improvements and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
•Responsible for site communications and SharePoint.
•Assist with the onboarding of new hires as needed.
