Business Systems Analyst, Digital Marketing Hub

Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
Perform duties as a Business Analyst in the implementation of workstreams under Digital Marketing Hub for AbbVie’s Commercial Patient Services Brand Technology Team, for initiatives such as Sales Force Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Customer Loyalty Platform, Customer Data Platform (CDP) etc.
Gather, analyze, evaluate, and document business requirements, consult with personnel from various teams/ vendor partners and identifies area for the development of technical solutions to automate and/or improve business processes.
Responsible for delivering precise functional specifications to include process workflows, business rules, interface design specification and source to target data mapping to the technical team.
Works directly with business unit clients to understand specific business processes and needs and opportunities for improvement; identifies IT capabilities and information required to support the business processes and collaborates in the development of appropriate information management strategies, developing them as an integrated part of the business strategy.
Participate in scrum, track the RAID logs to closure, conduct the review/demo sessions and ensure delivery of the project on due date
Aid in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) that includes test strategy and script design along with execution and facilitation. Prepare test data set and manage data exchanges between partners. Conduct presentations for End Users on the proposed technical solutions per the Business requirements.
Responsible for the Software Life Cycle documents (SLC) in document management system. Responsible for creation, analysis and tracking defects, enhancements, and configuration changes to closure in the Service Now platform adhering to Standard Operating Procedure(s) of the organization.
Assist with the implementation of projects to ensure successful completion within the project timeline
Qualifications and Experience:
years of experience as a BA preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or a Master's degree
Adept in Agile framework and scrum/Kanban methodologies
Ability to develop and prepare use cases, functional specifications, mapping documents for data integration and technical requirements
Knowledge of Project Management practices will be desirable
Ability to function effectively in an environment with multiple and fluctuating priorities
Excellent communication skills, with tact and diplomacy
Experience working with cross-functional team
Preferred knowledge: Business Analysis, Project Management, understanding of Pharma Commercial domain, experience with Digital Marketing initiatives like Loyalty, CDP etc.
Preferred tools: Jira, Smartsheet
