This role will work in a collaborative and Agile environment to analyze, design, and develop analytic solutions and strategies in a digital platform ecosystem. The web and analytics solutions aim to educate our patients on various diseases and as well as promote AbbVie’s approved products to physicians so that it helps them make the most informed treatment decision for patients. This role will involve working on digital marketing programs to support AbbVie’s brands.
The Web Analytics Analyst will work collaboratively, as part of an Agile team, with Customer Experience, Marketing Technology, and other business functions to analyze, design, build, and enhance website related analytics solutions. The work will be fast paced, dynamic, and afford many learning opportunities.
The Web Analytics Analyst will be responsible to create and analyze web analytics requirements, develop analytics technical specifications, and work with marketing technology tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, LiveRamp, Observepoint, etc. They will work on projects to collect digital data and create reports and dashboards using analytical tools.
Bachelors degree
To be successful, candidates must be proficient in analyzing business requirements, creating data visualizations, knowledge of testing and website personalization, data collection, reporting analysis, segmentation, and building impactful dashboards.
They must also understand the digital web tools and programming languages such as html5, javascript, etc. There is also an opportunity to learn and work with leading marketing technologies and tools such as Adobe AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Google Analytics, Liveramp, Observepoint, and more.
