Provide functional and strategic leadership for labeling systems infrastructure, labeling compliance, and continuous improvement programs within Global Label Management (GLM) and across the end-to-end packaging and labeling globally. Lead numerous high impact strategic programs and process improvement projects across the organization and manage a team of project, system, and compliance professionals. Identify opportunities and initiate programs to reduce cycle time, improve right first time, increase efficiency, and reduce label errors. Build, develop and lead the staff necessary to deliver program and process management expertise. Champion global business improvement efforts in collaboration with operational leadership. Develop, evolve, and execute the Labeling IT systems infrastructure roadmap.
