HRConnect is the name for AbbVie centric HR and Payroll support and services focused on providing excellence customer experience as a primary principle. Service centers based in Tokyo, Singapore, Krakow & Lake County are dedicated to support AbbVie Employees and Managers in their administrative and operational needs.

HRConnect Consultant - Russian speaker acts as the first point of contact for employees and managers challenges, providing them with excellent guidance. So in this role you will help AbbVie colleagues succeed at work by supporting them with HR related queries.

Become a part of HRConnect Team where you will

  • Support HR inquiries from AbbVie employees and managers and monitor them in case management tool
  • Maintain personal and organizational data in our HR system (Workday)
  • Cooperate with internal and external stakeholders (Business HR, Benefits, Total Rewards, Finance and other)
  • Participate in continuous improvement workshops, projects and initiatives
  • Ensure that our internal procedures and policies are accurate and up to date
  • Assign cases to the respective country or process owners
  • Conduct regular trainings and knowledge sharing sessions

  • Bachelor degree in HR relevant field of study
  • At least 2 years of demonstrable experience in customer service, preferably in HR environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Russian (C1)
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Team player attitude and clear communications skills
  • Demonstrable experience with HR service and processes as well as HRIS tools and systems
  • Ability to follow standard procedures and processes
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
