HRConnect is the name for AbbVie centric HR and Payroll support and services focused on providing excellence customer experience as a primary principle. Service centers based in Tokyo, Singapore, Krakow & Lake County are dedicated to support AbbVie Employees and Managers in their administrative and operational needs.

HRConnect center in Krakow was established in 2020. Since then we are delivering HR services for AbbVie employees in the EMEA region. We are an international team of professionals passionate about HR matters.  

HRConnect Consultant - German speaker acts as the first point of contact for employees and managers HR inquiries providing them with excellent support. In this role you will help AbbVie colleagues succeed at work by supporting them resolving HR related queries.

Become a part of HRConnect Team where you will

• Support HR inquiries from AbbVie employees and managers and monitor them in case management tool
• Maintain personal and organizational data in our HR system (Workday)
• Cooperate with internal and external stakeholders (Business HR, Benefits, Total Rewards, Finance and other)
• Participate in continuous improvement workshops, projects and initiatives
• Ensure that our internal procedures and policies are accurate and up to date
• Assign cases to the respective country or process owners
• Conduct regular trainings and knowledge sharing sessions

Become one of us if you have

• University degree in HR relevant field of study
• At least 3 years of demonstrable experience in HR environment
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English (C1) and German (C1)
• Team player attitude and clear communications skills
• Ability to follow and challenge standard procedures and processes
