•To strengthen our competitive position in the sector by developing solutions that will continuously maximize the number of potential customers

•Developing the necessary follow-up methods to ensure that the AA aesthetic portfolio is experienced in a balanced way by our customers

•Follow the changes in the sector to reveal possible opportunities and make necessary suggestions to evaluate these opportunities

•Developing solutions that will optimize team distribution geographically and maintaining the workload balance by controlling it

•To establish and manage the necessary infrastructure for the databases (Invoice System, Veeva, etc.) related to our customer list to be compatible with each other

•Playing an active role in the launch processes and creation of new processes such as market potential, team structuring, quota distribution and incentive system

•Managing the monthly "Sales Meeting" and "Regional KPI Meeting" processes and follow-up meeting notes

•Establishing the infrastructure and data management processes in order to reach our customers through alternative channels

Qualifications:

•Bachelor or master degree

•Min. 5 years of experience in a relevant commercial and/or analytical position

•Proficient in MS Office applications

•Good negotiation skills with internal and external customers (team leaders, key opinion leaders, etc.)

•Personal integrity, achievement drive, entrepreneurial attitude and engaging style

•Proven data analysis and reporting capability

•Ability to think analytically

•Good organizational and project management skills

•Result oriented
