Allergan Data Labs is on a mission to transform the Allergan Aesthetics beauty business at Abbvie, one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. Our iconic brands include Botox, CoolSculpting, Juvéderm and more. The medical aesthetics business is ripe for rapid growth and disruption, and we are looking for an experienced Sr. Manager, Product Strategy & GTM Analytics to add to our high performing team to do just that.

Our team has successfully launched a new and innovative technology platform, Allē, which serves millions of consumers, tens of thousands of aesthetics providers and thousands of colleagues throughout the US. Since its launch in November 2020, Allē has delivered curated promotions, personalized experiences and had millions of consumers use it as part of their beauty journey. Now, we are looking for an experienced product strategist to collaborate with cross functional teams and take a data driven approach in helping to shape and grow Allē via new market expansion, product partnerships, and new strategic initiatives.

As a Sr. Manager of Product Strategy, you will report to the Director of Strategy as well as continuously collaborating with key stakeholders across the business to grow our product, Allē.

You Will

  • Work closely with Performance Marketing, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Data Scientists and Product teams to conduct analyses and experiments to identify and validate new opportunities. 
  • Develop comprehensive, data-backed assessments of our strategic hypotheses
  • Formulate and support recommendations, organized into easy-to-understand frameworks, and prepare materials (e.g., presentations, memos, models) to share findings with product and business leaders.
  • Build relationships across with product, engineering, design, data science, and ops to drive strong cross-functional collaboration and prioritization
  • Build, monitor, and report Allē Business KPIs to track go-to-market and measure the performance of our product / strategic initiatives and its impact on Allergan business including revenue metrics. 
  • Ensure that our data is trustworthy, reliable, and easy to access
  • Work to deeply understand the jobs-to-be-done by our customers and can translate that knowledge into prioritization and organization of tasks.
  • Conduct analysis into strategic, high-impact topics including product usage patterns, feature adoption, go-to-market performance, and customer churn.
  • Create effective reporting and dashboards by applying expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Mixpanel to monitor performance of Allē

Required Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or business administration
  • 7+ years of experience in analytical roles spanning product analytics, GTM / sales analytics, product management, consulting at a management consulting firm or technology company (ideally at a large digital product / SaaS company) 
  • Excellent at breaking down unstructured problems and synthesizing many disparate sources of information into clear and actionable insights
  • Strong analytical foundation, proficiency in analytical tools including but not limited to SQL, CRM systems, Mixpanel, Tableau to drive experimentation.
  • Ability to operate a high degree of autonomy and ownership
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, communicating results to senior leadership
  • Ability to create relationships and understand technical and nontechnical cross-functional teams at the executive level of an organization, and be an effective decision maker amid varying perspectives

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Graduate degree in Engineering, Analytics and/or Business (MBA)
  • Familiarity with our productivity toolset which includes Slack, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Google Workspace, MS Teams and Outlook.
  • Experience in product growth strategies through new market expansion and partnerships. 
  • Deep business knowledge of either sales, marketing, or customer success organizations
