Senior Manager, Customer Personalization

Job Summary

As the Senior Manager, Customer Personalization, you will be responsible for owning the Customer Data Platform (CDP) marketing technology for Allergan Aesthetics’ U.S. Brand, Portfolio, and Loyalty marketing teams for HCPs and Providers. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Business Technology, Master Data, and Marketing teams to implement and launch the CDP. The Sr. Manager will lead a team of analysts to enable personalized campaign journeys and identify marketing opportunities for customers, and define KPIs to refine campaign audiences and segments and leverage behavioral data from the CDP to recommend strategic digital marketing opportunities.



Role will hire and manage a personalization analyst and data scientist.

Lead team of analysts to provide insights, recommend opportunities and personalize journeys based on customer behaviors to marketing teams.

Partner with Allergan Aesthetics’ U.S. Brand, Portfolio, and Loyalty marketing teams to define campaign strategies leveraging insights from customer data platform.

Co-create personalized omni-channel marketing journeys with marketing teams to improve customer experience and drive execution with SFMC campaign operations team.

Business owner to Customer Data Platform (CDP) application and data integrations with other source data applications

Collaborate with Business Technology and cross-functional teams to continuously optimize marketing technology solution by ensuring new sources and data rules are updated and maintained


Education and Experience

  • 5+ years of marketing, marketing technology or related industry experience
  • Experience leading, developing and managing direct reports
  • Experience in data science or data analytics
  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP)

Essential Skills, Experience, and Competencies (includes Licenses, Credentials)

  • Strong business acumen to strategize and recommend optimal customer journeys.
  • Excellent presentation, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets

Significant Work Activities: Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)
Travel: Yes, 5 % of the Time
