Senior Manager, Consumer Marketing SkinMedica

The Senior Manager, Consumer Marketing - SkinMedica will develop and direct content and brand campaigns that engage, educate, and retain SkinMedica current customers while engaging new-to-brand Skin Care considerers. You will fuel the omni-channel strategy, build brand affinity and loyalty for the brand with compelling on brand creative content that story tells our brand legacy and heritage. This includes but is not limited to brand creative placed on digital, video, TV, social media and website.

This role will work collaboratively with the Marketing Director, SkinMedica, Associate Director, SkinMedica and Senior Manager E-Commerce, in additional to key internal and outside agency partners to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand message and positioning across all channels of distribution. 

Success in the role will be driven by creative process acumen, the ability to problem solve and strategize, and effectively manage a fast-paced business with varying creative needs.

Specific responsibilities:

  • Spearhead content for omni-channel strategy leveraged on brand owned ecommerce channels, e-commerce retailers Ecommerce, effectively laddering to commercial calendar milestones and messaging priorities
  • Develop briefing materials that identify strategic objectives and KPIs and clearly articulate desired outcomes
  • Assess creative performance and make data driven recommendations for content pillars
  • Act as a key stakeholder and relationship owner with internal and outside agencies
  • Manage Medical, Legal and Regulatory approval process including contracting
  • Serve as Point of Contact for ADL – Digital Team
  • Plan, manage & lead photoshoots
  • Produce social first, creative content that speaks to core brand identity across digital, TV, social, website
  • Collaborate with cross functional team members to optimize each programs messaging to drive cohesion across all brand touchpoints
  • Maintain content calendar in partnership with channel business leads
  • Budget Management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required, MBA or related Master’s Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of consumer marketing/brand management experience executing 360-degree brand campaigns
  • Preferred experience in aesthetics, beauty, wellness or CPG marketing
  • Agency Management experience preferred
Significant Work Activities: Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)
Travel: Yes, 20 % of the Time
