Senior Customer Insights Analyst

JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Customer Insights Analyst, will create analysis on the Allergan Aesthetics business with a focus on understanding account behaviors, structure, and opportunities to drive growth.  They will lead account creation governance and operating procedures working closely with Account Credentialing, Physician Loyalty, Contracting, & Field Sales groups.  Additionally, they will manage customer program eligibility for provider and patient loyalty programs as well as find-a-doctor and sales rep compensation eligibility. This role will also be closely involved with SAP ECC to SAP S4 HANA transition in ensuring account structures and appropriately mapped and minimal disruption to both internal and external stakeholders. This position would report to the Sr. Manager, Customer Insights and will be based in Irvine, CA. 

  • Key responsibilities are providing customer insights and perform customer analytics and include but are not limited to the following: 
  • Leads creation of analysis (research and quantitative) to identify errant account hierarchies and ensure they are maintained accurately in downstream systems. 
  • Manages Informatica MDM account eligibility platform and coordinates with Business Technology for updates to program and compensation account eligibility.
  • Leads initiatives with field sales leadership to correct erroneous account structures. 
  • Creates and manages updates to account churn and mix/type segmentation reports to identify opportunities and insights. 
  • Supports the data quality analyst with investigating “questionable” new account requests. 
  • Perform ad hoc analysis requests as needed.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business Analytics, Accounting, Finance, Marketing or 4 or more years of professional experience in business analytics
  • Business analytics skills (BI tool queries in Thoughtspot, Power BI, or equivalent)
  • Experience using SAP ECC account structures and hierarchies
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced computer skills including superior proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
