Allergan Data Labs is on a mission to transform the medical aesthetics business at Allergan, one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. Allergan Aesthetic brands include Botox, CoolSculpting, Juvéderm and many more. The medical aesthetics business is ripe for disruption and we’re building a high performing performance marketing team to do just that.

Our team has been tasked with modernizing and leading the way in Direct to Consumer marketing across all of our Aesthetics products, including brands like Botox Cosmetic®, Juvederm, SkinMedica, and more. We are data-driven marketers with a passion for exploration and breaking through obstacles to produce results.

We’re looking for a Data Operations Manager who is ready to jump in to support all of the data needs that underpin our modern digital marketing organization.

You Will

  • Partner with a variety of internal data customers to ensure that they can access our raw GA site data and our marketing platform data
  • Build out and oversee an expansion of our marketing tracking processes, while maintaining current SLAs, ensuring that we can standardize and expand what types of metrics we report on (both in ad platforms, on-site, and now in-app).
  • Manage our relationship with Indegene and Jellyfish (as it relates to website tagging) to ensure prompt and best-in-class tagging support for our marketing campaigns
  • Lead ADL through the transition from Google Analytics 360 onto the new Google Analytics 4 platform for all Aesthetics digital properties (app + web)
  • Help to document our data extraction and transformation processes and developing a system of robust QA in partnership with our MarTec team
  • Provide guidance to our teams on optimal strategies to classify / categorize new incoming data from marketing platforms
  • Assist in the implementation of OneTrust across Allergan Aesthetics websites to support evolving and shifting privacy guidelines
  • Assist with the implementation of new privacy-centric measurement capabilities, like multi-touch attribution through clean data rooms and regression modeling.
  • Assist with the migration away from front-end tagging over to server-side tagging

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in front-end tagging experience (either directly through code or via a tag manager system)
  • Experience with the following ad tech:
    • Google Ads Suite
    • Microsoft Ads Suite
    • The Trade Desk (or other DSP)
    • Segment (or other CDP)
    • Google Analytics
    • MixPanel
    • Branch
    • Google Tag Manager
  • Experience with structuring and standardizing marketing data to support analysis and reporting
  • Strong communication capabilities, able to work with functional experts who may not be in the weeds of the raw data.
  • Experience overseeing a team that is implementing technical support, and building out processes to ensure accountability
  • Preferred: Familiarity with real-time server-side API functions
