Associate Director, Program Marketing -Allergan Medical Institute

The Associate Director is accountable for developing, executing, and managing Allergan Medical Institute (AMI) customer programs focused on educating aesthetic healthcare providers on the Facial Aesthetics portfolio of products; BOTOX® Cosmetic, JUVÉDERM® Collection of Fillers and KYBELLA®. In this role, the Associate Director, fosters strong relationships with brand marketing teams, sales personnel, Key Opinion Leaders, legal and compliance, agency partners, and assists in creating innovative, best-in-class product education initiatives that support the overall goals and objectives of the company.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a multi-faceted high-paced matrix environment, strong communication and collaborations skills, ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure, is a self-starter and able to accomplish objectives and tasks on-time and within budget.

The Associate Director Will:

 

  • Execute and manage customer facing programs focused on educating HCPs on BOTOX® Cosmetic, JUVÉDERM® Collection of Fillers and KYBELLA®
  • Manage peer to peer programs and operations, with a focus on enhancing customer engagement and experience 
  • Collaborate in developing the AMI annual brand plan and execute on key strategies
  • Cultivate strong relationships with cross functional departments
  • Assist in creating innovative, best-in-class product education initiatives that support the overall goals and objectives of the brands
  • Oversee the ‘AMI Faculty of Experts’ speaker’s bureau and speaker contracting process
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and be able to prioritize activities based on business need and impact
  • Effectively manage and direct agency partners on program operations, structure, and content   
  • Manage and review monthly program analytics and present findings/recommendations
  • Create customer facing materials and resources
  • Assist and collaborate in managing small- and large-scale programs and symposiums
  • Ensure programs are executed compliantly and in-line with regulatory and legal regulations
  • Take a proactive approach in researching new trends in facial aesthetics  
  • Travel to select programs, events, and conventions
Qualifications:

The Associate Director Brings:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Minimum 5 years of Aesthetic/Pharmaceutical/Device or consumer goods experience
  • Strategic thinking and ability to execute on tactics on time
  • Financial/budgetary experience
  • Self-starter, able to collaborate with others to accomplish objectives
  • Excellent presentation, communication & writing skills
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of executive management
  • Ability to effectively engage with customers in a professional and compliant manner
  • Ability to set priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a high level of efficiency
