This position is responsible for partnering with Allergan Aesthetics, US marketing team to translate the business goals/strategies into IT strategies and programs. The individual should be able to provide excellent customer experiences and be able to measure the effectiveness of the same in terms of revenue growth and/or the customer satisfaction.

This role will be defining the business capabilities needed to implement the business strategy and IT capabilities needed to enable the same. The individual will be prioritizing the identified programs, managing financials, working with product line owners to deliver the solution, and providing continuous support for the programs.

The individual will be responsible for all aspects of people leadership and capacity planning for the various program implemented at any given point in time.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Promote innovation using design thinking processes to solve a problem, lean startup approach by creating minimal viable product and agile methodology for making/scaling solutions with speedier and incremental releases
  • Active engagement of business partners, throughout the various program implementation
  • Act as a single point of contact for all IT delivery associated with the Allergan Aesthetics US marketing cross-portfolio department needs
  • Responsible for the technology roadmap for all cross-portfolio Marketing technologies within US.
  • Will be sharing with the business stakeholders on the capabilities and benefits of different technologies to improve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Governance and prioritization of the investment processes and ownership of financial portfolio
  • Pilot the solutions before full-blown implementation
  • Responsible for the compliance by following all the corporate and divisional policies
  • Responsible to build positive team culture and support an open and inclusive environment to bring the different perspectives to solve the problems

 


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Technology related field with extensive experience (typically 8+ years) of related work. Master’s Degree or equivalent education with extensive experience (typically 6+ years) of related work.
  • Experience managing a team of at least 8 people with a resource mix of managers, employees, matrixed teams, virtual teams, contractors, and service providers.
  • Able to differentiate the strategies/solutions with data and using the same enable the personalization in every interaction with the customers
  • Proven ability to drive outstanding performance and engagement through coaching, developing, motivating, and inspiring team members.
  • Experience managing a budget of at least $4 MM.
  • Experience with platforms like SalesForce.com Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Assets, Google Analytics, SAP.
  • Knowledge of state level disclosures, data privacy, accessibility, and other regulations that impact digital marketing.
  • Well versed with the development methodologies like Waterfall, Agile, and DevOps.
  • Able to follow up the open items for the business partners, which are outside the agreed service levels
  • Experience in leading and organizing project teams and working across organizational boundaries to deliver positive results.
  • Good communication skills, ability to state things simply, ask effective questions and communicate persuasively to different audiences
