Brindar soporte técnico y liderar actividades de mantenimiento a la infraestructura de red computacional de AbbVie Heredia y sus aplicaciones. Esto incluye conexión, configuración y gestión en conjunto con otros grupos de soporte corporativos y proveedores, garantizando un servicio al cliente respetuoso, a tiempo y efectivo que permita al área de tecnología mantener el dinamismo requerido por el negocio
Educación y Experiencia
- Bachiller en Ingeniería de Sistemas de Información o carrera a fin
- Experiencia de al menos cuatro años en el mantenimiento y administración de infraestructura computacional
- Experiencia en redes y telecomunicaciones
- Experiencia en administración de Windows Server
- Experiencia en bases de datos (deseable)
- Inglés intermedio-avanzado (esencial)
- Facilidad y estructura en la redacción de documentos
- Experiencia en sistema de calidad de regulación ISO (deseable)
