Purpose

Lead compliance efforts including audit preparation, facilitation, and remediation across BTS organization.  Keep abreast of and others appraised of regulatory quality, compliance, and security issues affecting the IT arena through audit and risk analysis.  Identify best practices in IT security and compliance and propagate these practices throughout the global IT community.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and Corporate Policies.
• Implement standard process for pre-audit preparation within the global IT organization.
• Implement standard process for facilitating audits within the global IT organization.
• Compile, analyze, and communicate compliance metrics to senior management.
• Proactively identify and remediate compliance gaps within the global IT organization.
• Escalate unresolved compliance gaps to senior management, as necessary. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 9 years' experience; Master's Degree with 8 years' experience; PhD with 4 years' experience.
• Quality/Compliance management in a regulated healthcare environment - 3 years.
• Overall management experience - 5 years.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve compliance issues.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with and influence senior management.
• Strong decision making abilities.
