Brand Manager/Product Manager, CEBA, Allergan Aesthetics will look after dedicated product across CEBA Locations (Czech, Slovakia, Hungary, Latvia and Lithuania)

This role is about comprehensive implementation of Global marketing strategy at the local levels through close cross-functional & cross-country collaboration with different teams in the entire organization.

  • Responsibility for clear definition of local marketing plans, in line with Global strategy and locally with General Manager (GM)/Country Manager (CM), for proper implementation at national level
  • Planning the distribution of the promotional budget among local projects to achieve the marketing objectives, in consultation with the Supervisor
  • Responsibility for the marketing plan agreed upon with the superior.
  • Transfer of agreed positions and marketing plans to in field team, and Brand team, Promotion Coordinator (SPC), any other involved roles
  • Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of local marketing materials and promotional activities; agreeing local changes with the General Manager/Country Manager and the International Strategic Marketing (ISM) team
  • Sales staff training on the implementation of a new marketing strategy and the use of available promotional materials
  • Track marketing plan activities to ensure timely implementation
  • Spending time in the field to understand the market, monitor competitive implementation, marketing strategy and material usage
  • Learning form others, and always look for good practices form different geographies, and implement concepts, materials etc applicable for local market
  • If assigned, be a Brand Tam Leader (leading cross functional team with common goals), and ambassador of cross functional way of working

Promotional materials

  • Collaborating with the local Promotion Coordinator, ensuring that promotional programs are managed using legal, translated and compliant material from the Global team and with the local tactical plan
  • Monitoring of competition & understanding customers’ needs in the market through close cooperation with sales team members
  • Ensuring that the local organization and the Global Team have up-to-date information on new conditions, new competitors, etc.

Responsibility for achieving the sales targets and market shares

  • Ensuring sales targets are met through close cooperation with sales team members
  • Managing promotional budgets to achieve maximum impact, in order to meet revenue and profit targets
  • Monitoring the promotional budget, ensuring that European activities are within local spending.

  • Higher education in Marketing, additional related studies are welcome
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Marketing (preferably as a Product/Brand Manager with multi-markets or multi-brands ownership)
  • Interpersonal skills, analytical skills, organization team player (incl cross-market cooperation), strategic thinking, orientation towards business objectives
  • Presentation and public speaking techniques
  • Knowledge of marketing (incl multichannel marketing, product, brand management, digital marketing),
  • Creativity, open minded for new ideas, ability to embrace change
  • Readiness for business trips
  • Upper-Intermediate level or higher level of English & Polish (speech and writing)
