Marketing Planning
- Lead the formulation and iteration of medium and long-term brand strategy for VEN CLL franchise based on market scale, clinical opportunities and competitive environment
- Take charge of new indication launch strategy, tactical planning and annual business target & sales forecast setting
- Lead cross-functional teams to complete integrated marketing planning, unify brand core messages and academic promotion system
- Analyze CLL market trend and competitive strategy, identify business risks and formulate response solutions
- Take charge of annual brand marketing portfolio overall planning, budget approval and regional execution guidance
Product Management
- Fully responsible for VEN CLL product business performance, formulate brand positioning, pricing and promotion strategy to drive continuous market share growth
- Lead core brand promotion projects and high-end academic activities to build authoritative brand image in CLL field
- Ensure cross-functional strategic alignment and optimize overall resource allocation
- Optimize sales team training system and upgrade product promotion system based on latest clinical data and guideline updates
- Regularly track business data, conduct overall business analysis and strategy optimization to ensure annual target delivery
Professional Relationship
- Identify the opinion leaders in the therapeutic area
- Lead to build and maintain professional relationship with KOLs
- Establish and develop the national expert network in the therapeutic area to ensure the strong expertise for assigned products
- Develop the loyalty speakers from KOLs
Cost Control & Monitoring
- Determine the financial planning process related to product launch, customer satisfaction, scientific leadership and new business
- Monitor and control marketing expenses in line with budget on monthly basis
- Modify and manage expenses allocation to regions
- Education: Bachelor and above degree, major in Pharmacy, medicine or marketing, MBA is a plus
- Industry experiences: Minimum 5 years working experience in Pharmaceutical industry
- Position experiences:
- Minimum 3 years working experience on product management or marketing
- Minimum 1 year sales management background is preferred
- Biologics experience a plus. Experience in solid tumor, hematologic tumor, lymphatic system tumor etc. is a plus
- Language Skills: Fulent in English both oral and written
- Computer Skills: Working knowledge, especially good at Excel and PowerPoint
- Mobility: Willing to travel frequently
- Other Special requirement:
- Thorough understanding on the healthcare industry (pharmaceutical and medical device markets) is a plus
- Good understanding of business and product knowledge with marketing sense
- Strong communication and presentation skill with excellent interpersonal sense
- Experienced project management background in pharmaceutical company
- Strong analytical skills including business and financial management
- Autonomy/Independence, Assertiveness; a polished professional presence is essential
- Should be self-motivated, creative and well organized
- Experience in new product or new indication launch is a plus

Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
