Warehouse Associate I

  • The Supply Chain Tech I is responsible for 1) assisting in the manufacturing of tissue based products for the regenerative market, by placing incoming orders, transitioning materials into the proper processing areas, placing materials in their designated areas, 2) demonstrating steady progress and willingness to learn all equipment and jobs in the assigned warehouse/production support areas, 3) following instructions of the Lead/Supervisor while observing the quality of raw materials before, during and after production, 4) being trained in clean room operations, aseptic technique, working with bio-hazardous material.

 

Load and unload raw materials from the processing areas 10%

Order, Count, Organize, and Inventory all processing stock to ensure that quantities are

maintained at the proper levels. Notify Leads/Supervisors of any discrepancy 30%

Use the inventory management system to ensure the proper consumption of materials is

maintained 20%

Cycle count non B.O.M. and B.O.M materials including Tissue 25%

Remove any expired or defective material from the process area. 5%

Qualifications:
  • Education and Experience

    · High school diploma or equivalent required

    · Minimum 1 – 2 years’ relevant experience required

    Essential Skills, Experience, and Competencies

    · Dexterity and great attention to detail

    · Organizational skill

    · Ability to meet the physical demands of the job

    · Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, etc…)

    · Knowledge of inventory manage systems preferred

    · Ability to lift 50 pounds

    · Demonstrated knowledge of GxP’s, Cleanroom, asceptic processing experience a plus

    · Warehouse experience is a plus

    · Ability to work in a team environment and independently as required

Significant Work Activities: Continuous standing for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)
