Senior Business Analyst, ERP

The ERP Business Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining the ERP system for production processes. The ERP Business Analyst defines scope, requirements, and deliverables for changes / enhancements to the ERP system, assists SMEs with writing and executing test scripts, and coordinates the implementation of system changes. This role performs issue resolution, investigation, and corrective/preventative actions related to the ERP system. This role assists in training and job aid creation for ERP system functions.
The ERP Business Analyst works with cross-functional process owners to prioritize system changes based on quality/regulatory impact and business need. This role works in conjunction with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, IT and other groups.
Partner with IT and business to gather requirements, develop, test, and implement
system enhancements to support business needs, improve processes, and meet
regulatory/compliance requirements while ensuring minimal business impact. 30%
Prioritize and coordinate IT changes to the ERP system, in partnership with
process owners and project teams. 25%
Troubleshoot system issues, analyze & investigate root causes, and
implement corrective/preventative actions in the ER process. 25%
Maintain and serve as owner for site level system documentation. 10%
Perform other tasks and assignments according to business needs. 10

Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or business-related discipline
· Minimum 5 years experience in ERP applications
· Minimum 3 years experience in a manufacturing, quality assurance/control, or supply chain role in a regulated industry.
Skills:
Proficiency in ERP systems; experience with SAP S/4 HANA preferred · Prior experience with software development lifecycle and software application architecture/programming · Excellent attention to detail; proven ability to accurately assess impact and risk · Ability to navigate and influence across all levels of the organization, including technical teams, business teams, and cross functional teams · Project management experience preferred
